Responsibilities
Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to our Kidney Transplant service line at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital.
Position Highlights:
Schedule is 5 (8hr) days per week
Rounding on inpatinet Kidney Transplant patients with some General Surgery coverage as well
Providing clinic support and assessments for pre-transplant patients
Post transplant care given while patients are still in the hospital
Renal or Surgery Background preferred but not Mandatory

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
