Ascension Saint Agnes is hiring a Practice Administrator supporting the Cardiology Division. Oversee the daily operations of both outpatient & inpatient settings, this role requires strong financial acumen and experience in clinical budgeting. Responsibilities
Manages the daily operations of the physician practice development function.
Coordinates with internal departments to plan, organize and set up clinics and physician practices.
Collaborates with building/construction managers, architects, and contractors to review and monitorbuilding plans and building progress.
Works with outside vendors to negotiate contracts and schedule all installations. Works with movingcompanies and specialized equipment companies to arrange moves of fixtures and equipment to new practicelocations.
Designs and generates new practice printed materials in collaboration with marketing staff.

- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimalsupervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences
Proven experience in medical practice operations, preferably in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
Strong financial acumen and experience with clinical budgeting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare, Cardiology experience preferred.
