Unit: Adult Psych Nursing Unit
Shift: Full Time, Days (8:00am-5:00pm with possible weekends)
What You Will Do
Develop and implement music therapy treatment plans.
Conduct patient assessments and establish music therapy treatment goals.
Evaluate each patient's progress and the effectiveness of music therapy interventions.
Coordinate therapeutic music activities for both large and small groups. Observe patient response and encourage socialization.
Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic music activities in the community.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered or Board Certified Music Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy required. Master's degree preferred.
