Responsibilities
Ascension St Vincent is seeking an Experienced Full Time Family Medicine Physician to join our practice in Carmel.
The site is very productive. The Carmel practice is in the middle of growth. It would not be a challenge to be productive. The staff is knowledgeable and most have been a part of the practice for some time. The providers are willing and able to be a resource to any new candidate. There are office resources available to support the providers: Medicare Wellness Nurse, Nurse Navigator, an onsite Quest Lab, and a Triage Nurse. See approx 15-17 patients per day. Call is covered among the providers in this group only. Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
