Schedule: M-Th 8 - 5 Fridays 8-12
Call Schedule: Primary Care Call split 1:9 (every 9 weeks)
Practice Detail: Established Primary Care outpatient office working with a physician. (Will have your own panel of patients)

Responsibilities
Ascension Saint Thomas is looking for a Primary Care APP for our Chancery Street, McMinnville location.
Position Highlights:
Joining a very busy Family Medicine physician clinic.
Seeing and treating primary care patients: Own panel of patients
Document and review patient care needs and communicate with nursing staff
3+ years Primary Care/Family Medicine experience required
Expected patient volume approximately 18-22 patients per day

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
